HOW WE HANDLE THIS

Data, Cookies, Security and Your Account

We handle your personal data under a clear set of principles — collected for a purpose, retained only as long as needed, and never sold to third parties.

Data Collection

We collect only what is needed to run your account: name, email, phone number, and payment identifiers for UPI, Paytm or PhonePe. No additional profiling data is collected without your explicit consent through an in-account prompt.

Cookie Policy

Our site uses functional cookies to keep you logged in and preference cookies to remember your lobby settings. Analytics cookies are opt-in only. You can manage all cookie choices from the privacy settings panel in your account.

Account Security

Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Two-factor authentication is available and we recommend enabling it. Suspicious login attempts from an unrecognised device trigger an automatic email alert to your registered address.

Data Retention

Transaction records are kept for the period required under applicable law and then deleted. Account profile data is removed within 30 days of a confirmed closure request, except where a legal hold applies to the record.

Who to Contact

For any data access, correction or erasure request, reach our data team via the Help Centre form labelled 'My Data'. Include your registered email and we will verify your identity before processing the request.

Requesting Changes

You may update your contact details, communication preferences and payment method records at any time from within your account settings. For legal name corrections, submit a support ticket with a scanned identity document attached.

Frequently Asked Legal Questions

These are the questions we receive most often about our terms, your data rights, and how policy decisions affect your account. If your question is not listed, open a support ticket and we will respond with a written answer within 48 hours.

Yes. Access to our platform depends on local law and is available where local law permits. If your state or region restricts this category of platform, your account eligibility is determined by those laws, not solely by our terms.

We collect your name, email address, mobile number, and the payment identifiers linked to UPI, Paytm or PhonePe when you make a deposit or withdrawal. No additional demographic data is collected without a separate consent prompt.

Yes. Submit a data access request via the Help Centre form labelled 'My Data'. We will verify your identity using your registered email and deliver a copy of your personal data within the timeframe required under applicable law.

Transaction records are kept for the period mandated by applicable law. Once that period expires, records are deleted from active systems. Account profile data is removed within 30 days of a confirmed account closure, unless a legal hold is in place.

We pass only the data required to execute your transaction to the relevant payment provider. Each provider — UPI, Paytm, PhonePe — processes that data under its own published privacy terms. We do not store full card or bank details on our servers.

Open a support ticket via live chat or email and label it as a formal dispute. Our team will acknowledge it within 24 hours, assign a case number, and provide a written resolution or escalation path within five working days.

We send an email to your registered address at least 14 days before any material change to our terms takes effect. Continuing to use your account after the effective date constitutes acceptance. You may close your account before the date if you do not agree.
